Setting up your access to our private home search platform will allow you to view listings at your convenience with advanced MLS search settings. Zenlist also allows you to communicate and share listings with your ATM Team Agent and co-buyers.

Create Account

In the Zenlist Invitation email (sent directly to you from Zenlist), you will receive a unique access code. You can claim access to a Zenlist account by clicking on the <Create Account> button. Once you select the email account you would like associated with your Zenlist login, you will be directed to the next login page, ‘Sign in to Zenlist Home Search.’ Next, click ‘Continue.’  (Please Note: If you opt to sign into Zenlist with a Google Account, you will use your Google/Gmail password and will not need to create a separate password.)

 In the next window (Authorize App), please select ‘Accept’ to finalize the setup.

Zenlist also has a mobile app – you can download this from your favorite App Store. You will use the same account login that is used for the desktop computer application.

Set Your Notifications

During this account setup step, you can set your notifications based on your search criteria, needs and timing. You will be able to customize the frequency of your notifications (instantly, daily or weekly) and can even choose the day of the week you prefer to receive your notifications.

Create & Save Your Search

You can check out a short video tutorial from Zenlist, “How to Create & Save a Search” if you click here. This video includes some helpful pro tips on how to create custom search filters and even view transit or commute mileage.

To create a search, open the SEARCH tab in your account. From there, you will work your way through the search filters to reflect your locations/boundaries, school district, property features, and price range.

Once a search is complete, be sure to SAVE SEARCH. Reminder: Use identifying factors to lend context to your saved search names (i.e. Location, Filters Used, etc.). Your Saved Searches can be found in the top header of your home page within your Zenlist dashboard. If you would like to view specific properties and their details, simply click on that listing to expand it.

Save as many properties per search as you’d like—just because you “save” a property doesn’t mean you’re committed to scheduling a tour. Buyers often save as many as 20 properties (in a Saved Search) but only want to tour five. And keep in mind; Zenlist will notify you when new listings match your search criteria (based on how you have your Notifications set).

Communicating with your ATM Team Agent through Zenlist

Once you are ready to begin touring homes that meet your location and search criteria, you can send your ATM Team Agent a COMMENT/NOTE directly from a Saved listing (i.e. “I’d like to tour this property ASAP,” or “How old are the windows and roof on this home?”). All questions sent via a property’s listing are reviewed and we do our best to respond quickly.

You can also communicate with your ATM Team Agent via the CHAT section. This is a great tool to use when you have a general question or comment (i.e. “We are on vacation all next week—let’s resume showings the following week,” or “We are available to tour this weekend and our availability on Saturday is 10a-2p.”).

Requesting to Tour a Property

When you find a property that you would like to tour, click on ‘REQUEST A TOUR’ and we will begin the showing setup process. Scheduling a tour with multiple showings has many moving parts: your availability, your ATM Team Agent’s availability, and often times the Listing Agent’s (Seller’s) availability.

During a tour request, please be sure to include your availability within the COMMENT/NOTE section; or send us a CHAT. We will set up the earliest tour(s) available based on all parties’ availability and will confirm the tour with you ASAP.
